40 Things I’ve Learnt in Business & Life

I recently turned 40 years old and it’s a strange milestone — part celebration, part reflection, part “how on earth did that happen so fast?”

When I look back, I see chapters: building businesses, chasing dreams, winning races, facing setbacks and collecting scars. Some lessons I learnt the hard way, others came from mentors and a few surfaced quietly in the stillness of journaling at 2am.
